About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Judgment Management collects, uses, and discloses personal information in connection with judgment recovery, debt collection, case management, communications, and this website.
Information we collect
Judgment Management may collect names, mailing and service addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, case and account information, judgment and court records, payment information and transaction records, and records of calls, texts, emails, letters, and other communications. Information may come from you, creditor clients, court and public records, payment processors, and other sources used for lawful case work.
Our website contact form opens your email application. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, dates of birth, or similar sensitive identifiers through that form or unsolicited email.
How we use information
Judgment Management uses this information to evaluate and manage matters, collect debts and recover judgments, process and record payments, maintain case histories, conduct or support legal proceedings, respond to questions and disputes, and send case-related SMS, email, mail, or other communications where permitted.
SMS choices and opt-out
If Judgment Management sends you case-related text messages, you may reply STOP to opt out of further SMS messages to that number. Reply HELP for help, or call 608-216-8040. An SMS opt-out does not prevent communications through other legally permitted channels. Judgment Management records communication preferences and opt-outs.
Retention and protection
Judgment Management keeps case and communication records for the time needed to manage matters, meet legal or contractual duties, resolve disputes, and maintain an audit history. We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Debt collection notice
Judgment Management is a debt collector. When applicable, our collection communications are subject to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and other applicable law. This website policy does not replace any notice or rights provided in a specific collection communication.
